About This Tour
Rwanda is home to some of Africa's most prestigious safari lodges, and a luxury gorilla safari here offers a level of exclusivity and natural immersion that few destinations on Earth can match. Rwanda SafariTours designs fully private, bespoke luxury itineraries with hand-picked 5-star accommodation and personal RDB-certified guides throughout.
Luxury lodge options in the Volcanoes NP area include Bisate Lodge (Wilderness Safaris' flagship Rwanda property — voted Africa's best eco-lodge multiple times), Singita Kwitonda Lodge (ultra-luxury with private gorilla tracking experiences), Virunga Lodge (stunning crater lake views, community-focused luxury) and One&Only Gorillas Nest (forest-immersed private villas).
A luxury Rwanda safari typically combines gorilla trekking in Volcanoes NP with Akagera National Park (exclusive Magashi Camp by African Parks) and Lake Kivu (boutique lakeside lodges). Private charter flights between destinations are available to eliminate long road transfers.
Every detail is managed for you: RDB permit bookings (secured 6–12 months in advance), private airport meet-and-greet, all ground transport in a private Land Cruiser, personal guide, lodge reservations and bespoke excursion planning. Rwanda SafariTours specialises in delivering luxury Rwanda safaris that exceed expectations.
